We are searching for someone to join our team as our next Marketing Coordinator. They will play a pivotal role in implementing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and ultimately drive pipelines and revenue in alignment with BGE’s growth objectives. The Marketing Coordinator will be a creative thinker who will assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and contribute to the overall success of the marketing department.
The day-to-day activities of our Marketing Coordinator will include:
- Create Content and Materials - Create and update marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials to increase brand awareness. Identify opportunities for new content and campaigns while engaging BGE’s online community.
- Event Coordination - Plan logístical details for the execution of events, trade shows, and conferences. Assist with the preparation of engaging presentations.
- Data and Trend Analysis - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to improve future initiatives. Stay current on industry trends and opportunities, integrating knowledge into marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Internal Collaboration - Work in partnership with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment in marketing efforts, while maintaining efficient flow of production and project management timelines.
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience, with hands on experience of marketing technology software including working knowledge with website and design software. We use Canva, WordPress, Adobe suite.
- Formal education in Marketing is beneficial, however we will look for those who are able to demonstrate the required knowledge and experience in marketing principles, best practices and industry trends.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytical tools and proof of experience of engaging with online community and staying up to date on trends and strategies to enhance online presence.
