We’re looking for a **Marketing Strategist (aka**_**Brand Connoisseur**_**)** to join our collaborative and energetic team. This role blends big thinking with structured execution — perfect for someone who is equal parts storyteller, facilitator, and planner. You’ll help uncover what makes a business truly unique and craft marketing strategies that bring that story to life across channels.
You’ll work closely with clients and our internal teams to guide the creation of impactful, aligned marketing campaigns. You’ll lead discovery, shape brand messaging, build trust, and ensure the work connects back to business goals. This role is all about leading the process of helping businesses figure out who they are, what they stand for, and how to bring that to life through smart, well-executed marketing.

**The boring stuff, what you’ll do**
- **Facilitate Strategy Workshops**:Lead strategy workshops utilizing our established methodology to define and clarify an organization's purpose, values, and unique differentiators.
- **Brand Strategy**:Lead clients and internal teams through the development of clear, compelling brand strategies that reflect values, vision, and audience needs.
- **Campaign Development**: Ideate and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that include digital and offline tactics. Connect the dots between vision and execution.
- **Project & Budget Management**:Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple client accounts. Keep things on track and target.
- **Strategic Planning**:Lead client meetings, discovery sessions, and strategy workshops to extract insights and align teams.
- **Team Collaboration**:Partner with internal specialists (designers, writers, developers) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Act as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for clients. Build trust through transparency, creativity, and results.
- **Reporting & Optimization**:Monitor KPIs and campaign results, making strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
**You Might Be the One If**:
- Have **5+ years in marketing strategy**, account coordination, or campaign management
- Can translate a brand’s essence into a practical and powerful marketing plan
- Are confident leading conversations, actively listening, guiding clients, and facilitating feedback into action
- Love creating order out of chaos — balancing timelines, budgets, and creativity
- Are a strong communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and embrace new challenges with curiosity
