**Responsibilities**:

- Communications management and administrative support: Responding to customers in a timely manner, processing forms, scheduling and optimizing appointments, while maintaining the confidentiality of medical records.
- Referral coordination and clinical triage: Manage incoming referrals, collect accurate intake information and help manage scheduling and reporting deadlines.
- Data entry and clinician support: Perform data entry and billing, collect payments, and provide administrative support to new clinicians and the Quebec Mental Health Manager.
