**Job purpose**

The Data Entry Coordinator is a key member of the production team and is responsible for data entry in a timely and efficient manner.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Enter customer data into system accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the production coordinators to make sure accounts are up to date
- Communicating with various departments i.e. accounting, operations and warehouse if needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven order entry experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Industry experience is an asset
- Team player and detail oriented - a must
- Problem solving abilities and good under pressure
