TFS currently has an exciting 12-month contract as Bilingual Assistant Customer Accounts Associate, reporting to the Supervisor of Collections. This role resides in our Markham Head Office.
What you will be doing:
- Call delinquent accounts that are 15 to 59 days past due
- Confirm clients’ information and make suitable payment arrangements
- Answering inbound calls
- Assist with Total Loss evaluations and paperwork
- Complete other departmental duties as required
What you bring:
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Bilingual Preferred
- written and oral fluency in English and French
- University Degree or College diploma, preferably in a business-related field
