Job title: Bilingual Assistant Customer Accounts Associate
Pay rate: $28.50/hour - No benefits while on contract period
Role type: 12 months contract with the potential for extension
Location: Markham, ON 

Our client, provides retail, leasing and wholesale financial services to car dealerships and customers across Canada. They are looking for an Assistant Customer Accounts Associate to join their Collections Team.
SUMMARY OF ROLE: You will be working within the collections department and assisting with payment procedures and evaluation of total loss and other administrative duties as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Call delinquent accounts that are 15 to 59 days past dueConfirm clients' information and make suitable payment arrangementsAnswering inbound callsAssist with Total Loss evaluations and paperworkComplete other departmental duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skillsMust be fully fluent in French and EnglishStrong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyUniversity Degree or College diploma, preferably in a business-related field At Leap we are an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
