Toyota Financial Services currently has an exciting 12-month contract as
Bilingual
(English and French) Assistant Customer Accounts Associate, reporting to the Supervisor of Collections.

This role resides in our Markham Head Office.

What you will be doing:


• Call delinquent accounts that are 15 to 59 days past due


• Confirm clients' information and make suitable payment arrangements


• Answering inbound calls


• Negotiate total losses/insurance settlements


• Complete other departmental duties as required

What you bring:


• Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm


• Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills


• Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities


• Self-starter with the ability to work independently


• Bilingual Preferred– written and oral fluency in English and French


• University Degree or College diploma, preferably in a business-related field
