**Administrative Support**

**Position Summary**

As the **Operations & HR Administrator** at BITSUMMIT, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational functions of the office and overseeing key human resources activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle administrative tasks, coordinate HR processes, and ensure smooth office operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external vendors to support IT consulting projects and foster a positive workplace culture.

Note: This position requires onsite presence in the office at least three days per week.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee reception duties.
- Maintain office supply inventory, track stock levels, place orders, and verify deliveries.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance (e.g., computers, printers) and vendor services.
- Organize travel arrangements and expense reports for team members as needed.
- Maintain and organize confidential records, including legal documents and vendor contracts.

**Operations Management**
- Ensure the office environment is efficient and productive, addressing day-to-day operational needs.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
- Assist in budget planning for operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support project teams by scheduling meetings, booking resources, and handling project-related documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.

**Human Resources Coordination**
- Assist in recruitment efforts: post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation schedules and initial training coordination.
- Update and maintain employee records, handle leave management, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Coordinate performance review schedules, track employee performance metrics, and gather feedback for evaluations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.

**Compliance & Policy Implementation**
- Develop and maintain administrative and HR policies in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor office and HR practices for adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Protect sensitive information by upholding data protection regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Communicate updates to policies and procedures effectively to all staff.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare regular reports on operational costs, office metrics, and HR statistics for management review.
- Track and analyze key indicators (e.g., headcount, turnover rate, training hours) to guide strategic decisions.
- Maintain clear documentation for audits, reporting, and internal assessments.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in office administration, operations, or HR support.
- Experience in an IT consulting or technology-driven setting is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Understanding of basic IT infrastructure or willingness to learn.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
