We are currently recruiting for a motivated full-time “Book Keeper” to join our team

This individual will help with the financial management of the dealership and have a keen eye for detail.

**Job Duties**:
The successful applicant will:

- ensure accurate and complete monthly financial reporting.
- meet government filing requirements and deadlines
- process bi-weekly payroll along with year-end T4 processes
- maintain up to date Employee Policies and Procedures manuals
- assist with the administration of employee hiring/employee contracts and enrolment in Group Benefits Plan
- stay current with Employment Standards Act and changing safety protocols for employees/customers
- manage incoming customer payments and outgoing vendor payments
- reconcile monthly bank/visa statements
- manage positive cash flow
- provide backup to service clerk duties by performing cash balancing and invoice posting during vacation leave
- have a pleasant telephone manner

**Skills required**:

- Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting/finance
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Ability to learn month-end and year-end closing processes
- Excellent organization, time management and multi-tasking skills
