**Responsibilities/Skills**
- Proven experience as a book keeper
- Completing invoicing, and AR/AP
- Completing all book keeping duties and working with accountant
- Create and update records and databases for personnel
- Generating all financial reports
- Support bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Handle expenses, reconcile VISA's and bank statements
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma; college diploma/University Degree or relevant field is preferred
- 5+ years’ experience working in an office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks software
- Experience with NetSuite ERP software and Financial tools
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- Qualifications in accounting will be an advantage
- Languages skills would also be a considered a huge asset as we support an international customer base.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision

Salary dependent on applicant qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation dependent on qualifications / experience.

- Monday to Friday

- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
