We are looking for an Invoicing and Office Coordinator to join our collaborative finance department in Dartmouth, NS. Reporting to the controller, this role is responsible for performing customer invoice administration, reception, and office clerical tasks following company policies.

**Principle Responsibilities**
- Prints and posts batched customer invoices daily
- Resolves invoicing issues with branches
- Prepares customer invoices through online portals
- Manages monthly billing for IOC
- Answers phones and directs calls to proper employees
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail
- Opens and totals incoming cheques and gives to Accounts Receivable Associates
- Mails vendor cheques and enters mailing date in accounting system
- Prepares out-going courier packages
- Coordinates office supplies orders and office equipment maintenance

**Required knowledge and training**
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- General office administration courses at the college level
- 2-3 years in an office position
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with ERP's and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
