The process improvement coordinator will work within the process improvement team to support process improvements with our internal stakeholders as part of the Program Delivery Partner (PDP) team.

Reporting to the process improvement lead, the process improvement coordinator will support and lead the coordination and logistics of key process improvement programs and initiatives for the SSE and YNSE Projects. The coordinator will support the implementation of best practices and rewriting processes to a scalable and repeatable form.

The goal is to facilitate the client and PDP team members in delivering process improvements, knowledge share, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner that can be tracked, reported, and improved on through continuous improvement during the project life cycle.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting the overall Process Improvement Department in high level training and change programs and plans.
- Directing the coordination and support of process improvement initiatives including the lean deployment framework and project readiness activities.
- Collaborating with the client Capital Projects Group (CPG) and other relevant stakeholders to harness and improve best practices which can be utilised on SSE and YNSE projects.
- Coordinating the development of processes in relation to project readiness workstreams to ensure consistent creation and adoption of internal processes, business practices and culture.
- Supporting coordination and implementation of lessons learned to actualise the improvements that have been identified for change.
- Coordinating reporting progress and performance across all aspects of process improvements to support continuous improvement activities.
- Executing process improvement solutions to business problems, using data analysis, and optimization tools to support strategic process improvement plans.

You’ll need to have:

- Experience working in a highly matrixed and complex environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in applicable field.
- Experience with providing program support and coordination across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Project management qualification would be considered an asset.
- Experience in continuous/ process improvement teams and lean and agile methodologies and would be considered an asset.
- Experience with data analytics and implementing monitoring and reporting techniques would be considered an asset.
- Self-motivation, strong communication skills and an attitude that embraces continuous learning.
- Ability to use learning design tools and software plus learn new technologies where necessary.
