We are seeking a bright, organized, eager to learn, hardworking and experienced individual to join our growing "like-family" team in an operations manager role. You will be responsible for such tasks as: managing production, overseeing day to day operations, dealing with customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and prompt manner, communicating with different departments including accounting and logistics to ensure operations are running smoothly, and learning our product inside and out to provide the best experience to our customers. This position is "in office" located in a very pleasant office environment, bright, clean and cheery atmosphere. We are open to exploring all qualified applicants. We are flexible on hours if needed.
