**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed.
- Maintain electronic dental records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle scheduling for appointments and meetings within the office.
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial record-keeping.
- Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with human resources for staff onboarding and training.
- Ensure that all office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Support patient care by managing records in a dental or medical office environment.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an office administration role, preferably within a dental office.
- Familiarity with Cleardent or similar electronic medical records systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of dental and medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the team.
- Experience supervising staff and managing office workflows is a plus.
- Background in acute care environments will be beneficial for understanding operational needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required for maintaining accurate records.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
