We have a team of highly trained and experienced individuals dedicated to creating an exceptional treatment experience, and we are looking for our next great dental professional to join our busy practice.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Lakeside Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced Certified Dental Assistant to join our team. Some of the primary duties include:

- Assisting patient treatment procedures
- Treatment planning, coordinating, and scheduling patient treatment
- Documenting, charting, and reporting information in clinical notes
- Managing sterilization techniques of supplies, instruments, and equipment
- Managing incoming/outgoing patient referrals and communications with other practices as needed

**Qualifications**

**Required Education**
- Current/Active Dental Assistant Certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year assisting experience
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Experience with Dentrix an asset
- Experience in sedation dentistry or DAANCE Certification an asset

**Hours of Work**

This position is Monday-Friday with two evening shifts per week
