**Compensation**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and secure new air freight business** through cold calling, referrals, and industry networking.
- **Develop and manage relationships** with shippers, importers/exporters, freight forwarders, and logistics managers.
- **Quote and negotiate competitive air freight rates**, balancing profitability and client value.
- **Coordinate with operations and carrier management** teams to ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery of air shipments.
- **Provide tailored logistics solutions** including express air, charter services, and consolidated air freight.
- **Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals**, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- **Maintain CRM records**, manage follow-ups, and provide accurate sales reporting.
- **Stay current on market trends**, international regulations, and carrier capacities.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **air freight sales, international logistics, or 3PL** (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of air cargo operations, incoterms, customs processes, and international documentation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a high-performance environment.
- Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, and logistics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field (preferred).
