- Bid Forms / Tender Qualification Documents
- Preparing Statutory Declarations / Form 1000 / Notice of Project Forms
- Bank Reconciliations
- Government Remittances - EHT, WISB, Payroll Taxes, Corporate Taxes,
- Year End Accounting Procedures
- Preparing T4’s and T4A Summary
- Matching Incoming Purchase Orders with the Jobs
- Filling out Credit Applications for new suppliers
- Ordering office supplies

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Sage Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
