Currently, the company is involved in custom full renovations and remodels, in addition to new-home construction and commercial projects.

College or University degree an asset.

**Specific Skills**
- Reconcile accounts
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Post journal entries
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Calculate and prepare payroll
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Minimum 2 years Quickbooks and Accounting experience.
- A background / knowledge of the renovation industry.
- Strong organization skills.
- Able to handle multiple projects and priorities at one time.
- Excellent management of project administrative requirements.
- Well rounded project leader with laser focus on project profitability.
- Solid business development skills.
- Great understanding of drawings and ability to interpret specifications pertinent to the scope of work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
