**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to help guests with inquiries and requests
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with guest services in a hotel or food service environment is beneficial
