We specialize in hard-lined internet, wireless internet, phone service, and comprehensive Hosted PBX solutions. As one of the few companies in Southwestern Ontario offering large-area wireless point-to-point communications, we pride ourselves on thinking outside the box to provide personalized communication packages that suit our clients' needs now and into the future.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Technical Support**: Troubleshoot and repair internet connectivity issues for both residential and business clients.
- **Device Configuration**: Program and configure electronic devices, including routers, firewalls, WiFi routers, point-to-point wireless radios, and mesh networks.
- **VOIP Systems**: Work with hosted PBX systems and VOIP technologies to provide seamless unified communication solutions.
- **Cabling**: Terminate and install communication wiring, such as Cat 5/6 and coaxial cables.
- **Customer Service**: Handle customer inquiries, sales, billing calls, and supply orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **On-Site Support**: Provide exceptional on-site and remote technical support to clients across Canada.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Experience or knowledge in IT troubleshooting, networking, and communication systems.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to obtain climbing certification to support network installations.
- **Customer-Centric Attitude**: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and sales.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work both independently from home and on-site in various locations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Proficiency in terminating and installing communication wiring.

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
