**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area, including menus and waiting lists.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Provide assistance to guests throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in line with our restaurant's values.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with guests positively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who is willing to help others and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
