Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' needs and concerns in order to provide exceptional service and reach customer satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information about each vehicle by using the established methods and perform test drives with clients
- Follow all communication procedures and industry guidelines (including OMVIC and MVDA standards)
- Keep an organized record of customer interactions and file documents by using established tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- We give a $1500 bonus on top of your commission pay for every 15 units sold per month
- Commission based pay structure with no CAP
- 5 days a week. Pick your day off.
- Vacation pay
- 300 Pre-owned vehicles on the lot

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
