Job Summary

We are looking for an entry-level Inside Sales Representative / Caller to join our auto finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by commission, and eager to learn sales in the automotive finance industry. No prior auto finance experience is required — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers
  • Qualify leads and gather customer information accurately
  • Explain financing options and next steps in a clear, professional manner
  • Book appointments and hand off qualified customers to the sales/finance team
  • Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversions
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM system
  • Meet daily call targets and monthly sales goals

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates welcome (sales or call center experience is an asset)
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and reliable
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly
