As a key member of our auto sales department, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales goals and maintain profitability
- Stay up to date on the local resale market and use this knowledge to appraise vehicles accurately
- Ensure all used vehicles are certified and displayed appropriately on the lot
- Monitor used vehicle inventory daily and adjust pricing to keep vehicle prices current
- Wholesale any vehicles that are not retail pieces
- Submit sales agreements for approval
- Minimize customer inconvenience and maximize the dealership's positive image
- Work closely and cooperatively with all departments

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and process-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service
- Previous auto sales experience
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in priority and complete job tasks
- OMVIC license (required)
- Driver's license (required)

- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
- Benefits: Casual dress, company events, extended health care available, on-site parking
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 2 days off per week
- Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
