**The Role**:
Located just off the village stroll, in the Westin Resort & Spa, the Firerock Lounge is a warmly-lit intimate chalet-style bar As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, interacting with guests and crafting unforgettable experiences with every drink you serve.

We are currently looking for experienced cocktail Bartenders

**Responsibilities**:

- Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests.
- Mix and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Process payments and accurately record sales.
- Maintain and track bar inventory, restocking as needed.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware.
- Perform closing duties, including cleaning, securing the bar, and ensuring all tasks are completed before leaving.
- Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests.
- Follow all provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
- Other duties as reasonably directed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bartender, including making craft cocktails.
- Positive attitude and passionate about Making People Happy.
- Customer service focused.
- Excellent communication with team members and guests.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- 19+ years old.
- Serving It Right certified.
- Hospitality experience is an asset.
