**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a range of aesthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, manicures and pedicures, brow treatments.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
- Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling using salon software Janeapp.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products and upselling services during client interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills while providing guest services and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics, skincare, and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist with social media management by showcasing services, product demos, and client transformations online.

**Requirements**:

- Valid aesthetician license or relevant certification in aesthetics.
- Experience in beauty bar settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey treatment options and educate clients on skincare routines.
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies and experience in upselling products or services.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,975.00-$5,407.09 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
