**Position Overview**

**(This position is outside of the bargaining unit)**

**Schedule Description**

**Permanent Full-Time - 37 Hours per week**

Tuesday-Thursday: 8:15am - 4:45pm

Friday: 8:45am - 5:15pm

Saturday: 9:30am - 2:30pm

**Education and Experience**:

- Completion of a one-year post
- secondary certificate in business administration or operations management in a college or technical school environment.

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- working knowledge of supervisory skills such as scheduling and work assignment, recruitment, and performance management
- ability to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to an assigned team, and to motivate continuous learning and performance development in others.
- knowledge of and ability to administer a Collective Agreement within the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- working knowledge of credit union deposit products and services
- sound working knowledge of the current banking system
- success in responding to member enquiries and providing a high level of member service
- demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills and the ability to project a courteous, professional image

**Compensation**:We are pleased to offer a competitive compensation package including but not limited to participation in extended benefits and pension programs, health and wellness programs, and a competitive vacation entitlement.

**Annual salary commensurate to education and experience.**

**Current annual salary range**: $62,659.00 - $78,323.00
