Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join us at Island Lake Lodge as our **Housekeeping Supervisor **for our Summer season with continued employment in our Winter season.Working alongside the Housekeeping team, ensuring daily duties are completed with an attention to detail. You will be encouraged to love the satisfaction that a freshly made bed and a stack of bleached towels bring to your life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the hiring, training and scheduling of all housekeeping staff
- Work alongside housekeeping staff in all regular housekeeping duties
- Manage supplies, equipment, amenities and linen inventory; responsible for order of stock to maintain required levels.
- Oversee all aspects of hotel laundry service, including linens laundered in-house, as well
- Ensure quality control by regularly inspecting rooms and common areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong hospitality background with supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills
- Must be exceedingly detail oriented
- Must be relatively fit with a willingness to perform physical labour, both indoors and out
- Flexible schedule with availability to work days, nights and weekends
- Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
