**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff to ensure efficient operation.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage.
- Train and mentor staff on food handling procedures, customer service techniques, and operational policies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and special offerings.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management.
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management and leadership.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems; familiarity with Micros POS is a plus.
