**Position Overview**
Are you someone with boundless energy, a penchant for fun, and the tenacity to turn opportunities into success? Look no further Our opening for the Regional Sales Coordinator - Western Canada is tailor-made for the fearless and determined professional. This role involves transforming warm leads into valuable appointments for our consultants and fostering key relationships with partner organizations. We're seeking a vibrant individual who is a true people person, possesses excellent communication skills, and is brimming with resourcefulness.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Regional Events and Sales Coordinator, you will:
- Collaborate with our consultant team to cultivate a robust pipeline of warm referral leads.
- Engage existing members to generate referrals using our dynamic referral tools and programs.
- Connect with warm leads, securing face-to-face/virtual appointments with our consultants.
- Nourish leads in the pipeline, ensuring they remain warm until ready to book an appointment.
- Conduct research to identify local tradeshows for FBC participation and represent the company at these events.
- Forge and nurture robust relationships with potential partners.
- Set and surpass sales targets.
**What You Will Bring**
**Required Experience**:
- Customer service/sales experience is a must (because we love working with people).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Post-secondary education would be a valuable asset.
**Desired Experience**:
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
