**What You’ll Do**:
The Events Coordinator (EC) is the ambassador for all CRAFT Beer Market’s Activations and Functions. The role oversees all promotional activations, event sales, client relationships and correspondence. The coordinator is responsible for managing the CRM for your sales territory and providing guests with the best customer experience possible. We trust the coordinator to understand the ins and outs of their locations and how to utilize our CRAFT locations to create memorable guest events. The coordinator will report directly to the Market Partner and Senior Sales and Events Manager whilst working closely with the GM and Executive Chef. This position will actively pursue, negotiate, book and organize functions and reservations for the restaurant in order to achieve revenue goals. This individual must have strong written and verbal etiquette, with a proactive approach to their tasks.

**Responsibilities** **Include**:

- Financial reconciliation and reporting
- Coordinate and organize all functions from inquiry to post-event follow up
- Drive restaurant revenue through client events while maximizing guest experience and ensuring smooth service operations
- Support function execution at the operations level as needed
- Facilitate event documentation, communication, and internal organization through the CRAFT CRM
- Support GM/Executive Chef with all head-office level marketing activations and roll-outs
- Reconcile all restaurant functions and report weekly financials to the senior leadership team
- Ensure the functions sales funnel is maximized for current and future events with timely correspondence and updated menu’s to our guests.

**Skills And Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Event Management (preferred)
- Minimum 2-year event, conference and group sales experience
- Restaurant operations & event experience a vital asset
- Well-developed communication and confidence when speaking with guests
- Organized and highly structured with administrative duties
- Goal-driven acumen with acute attention to detail

**Compensation**:
Estimated Pay: $85,000 - $95,000CDN

($55,000 CDN Salary + estimated $35,000 CDN in commission with uncapped commission potential)

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
