Four Counties Addiction Services Team (Fourcast) is a community-based addiction treatment service provider that strives to provide the highest quality of evidence-based addiction treatment and case management services. Fourcast offers services across 5 sites in the region. The community treatment program staff work in-office and community settings and are often co-located and integrated with other organizations to reduce barriers for those accessing services.

**About The Position...**

The Concurrent Disorder Court Diversion program provides addiction treatment supports for individuals with substance use and mental health concerns who are involved in the criminal justice system. The Addiction Intensive Case Manager (ICM - Court program) position is integrated into a coordinated court response model that provides assertive engagement in the court and community settings offering evidence-based addiction screening and assessment, counselling, and case management support.

The Addiction ICM has extensive understanding of court processes, functions of the Community Support Court program, and other services and resources in the community. The Addiction ICM will function as a system navigator for Fourcast service users. Case consultation, case conferencing and advocacy with community partners and services are an integral part of the Addiction ICM in the Concurrent Disorder Court Diversion program role.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, or related degree, with a postgraduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a related position preferred, ideally in a community-based setting or addiction treatment setting.
- Advanced skills in addictions interventions including counselling/therapy, withdrawal management, crisis intervention, advocacy, mediation, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated experience working with people with serious mental illness and complex personal needs.
- Experience using evidence-based screening and assessment tools.

Certificate, Licenses and Records
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license.
- Valid First Aid/CPR.
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certificate.
- Certification in GAIN assessment would be an asset.
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) an asset.
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check is required.

Pay: $32.86-$38.47 per hour
