Four Counties Addiction Services Team (Fourcast) is a community-based addiction treatment service provider that strives to provide the highest quality of evidence-based addiction treatment and case management services. Fourcast offers services across 5 sites in the region. The community treatment program staff work in-office and community settings and are often co-located and integrated with other organizations to reduce barriers for those accessing services.

**About The Position...**

This position is permanent full time working Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Quality and Decision Support Lead. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and organizational skills with ability to maintain confidentiality. Under the Direction of the Quality and Decision Support Lead, the Data Analyst will contribute to the overall success of the Quality and Decision Support team by assisting in areas such as data collection (quantitative and qualitative), data analysis (simple and more complex), data dashboard development and maintenance, and database support and training of staff in database processes.

**What We're Looking For**:
Education & Training
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management.

Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated Knowledge of statistical analyses (descriptive, inferential/predictive)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or other statistical analyses software (e.g. R, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
- Experience with EMHware, PowerBI, geospatial analyses and mapping an asset.

Pay: $33.89-$39.62 per hour
