**Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Restore existing structures to their original condition or improve them as needed.
- Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and square.
- Perform maintenance person tasks including minor electrical work and caulking.
- Build frameworks and structures that meet specifications.
- Work with masonry materials for various construction projects.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in construction or renovation.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in carpentry.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity for manual labor tasks.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
- Certification or training in carpentry is a plus but not required.
- Valid DL and/or own transportation required.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
