**The Job**: Granton Construction Inc. is offering full time employment for you to develop as a trim carpenter.

**The Pay and Benefits**:The wages are excellent for the construction industry and benefits are available after completing your 3-month probation. Benefits include extended health care, dental, life insurance, and disability insurance. The hourly pay will be based on level of experience at the time of hiring.

**The Requirements**:You are required to be able to have your own transportation to jobs in the tri-cities area and surrounding area.

The successful individual will need to supply their own tool pouch, hand tools such as a hammer and personal protective equipment such as proper CSA steel-toe work boots, hard hat, high visibility vest and both eye and ear protection. Other tools will be provided on site.

It is an asset to have proof of WHMIS, Working at Heights or Fall Arrest, and Work Safety Awareness training.

**The Job Responsibilities**:You will be responsible for learning how to hang doors, trim stairs and installing door and window casing, baseboard, interior and exterior door hardware with the expectation to contribute as a full member of the crew.

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
