The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales representatives by managing and coordinating sales orders, communicating with customers regarding order status, and preparing documentation.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist with product orders and make modifications to existing orders in the system
- Provide customers with product quotes as requested
- Troubleshoot and communicate with customers if there are issues
- Call customers and provide estimated due dates of non-stock products
- Assist customers in the showroom when a salesperson isn’t present
- Coordinate and communicate with manufacturers
- Update customer information

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma minimum
- 2-3 years of office administration/coordination a must; preferably in a support role with tight deadlines and high pressure
- Highly organized and able to manage time efficiently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Superior customer service skills; sales process experience an asset
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:8 hour shift
- Shift schedules will include a **Saturday shift once a month** on a rotational basis.
