Role Description

The Sales Assistant position is a full-time on-site role located in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you will assist customers by providing excellent service, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, organizing inventory, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets. You will also assist in handling inquiries and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proficiency in customer service and proven abilities in delivering positive customer experiences
  • Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organization skills to manage inventory, product displays, and transaction processes
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
  • Previous experience in retail or jewelry sales is an asset but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
