**Do you enjoy looking at data and spreadsheets and turning them into meaningful insights used to drive strategic decisions?**

As the Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning and analyzing car dealership service, sales, and financing data.

Your high attention to detail is essential in this role to organize large amounts of raw data and maintain proper records for dealerships.
There will be times where you work independently, but you will be immersed in a collaborative environment with a team of Data Aggregation Specialists, Marketing and Event Coordinators, and other departments.

More importantly, we value an individual who has an enthusiastic attitude, willingness to learn and someone who prides themselves on providing a satisfying customer experience.

The non-negotiables:

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, but specifically knowledge of Excel formulas and data manipulation is required;
- Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy;
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet with problem solving and decision making skills;
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity, honesty, and a professional work ethic at all times.

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience in the Automotive industry;
- Experience in a fast-paced environment;
- Previous experience working within a similar capacity.
- Fluency in oral and written French
