In your new role as the **Data and Contract Project Coordinator**, you will be responsible for reporting and data gathering for contractual service standards, develop and maintain metrics for performance, perform analysis of results and mitigate risk related to service standards and service failures. You will support the reporting of key performance indicators and standards overall for services within the assigned site consulting on existing and new business processes in relation to service standards for all services. You may be required to assist the Helpdesk team including incoming calls, code calls, alarm monitoring and dispatching services via desktop systems.

**Job Description**:
- Supporting the Resident District Manager, you will create reports and perform assessments, trending and analysis on performance scorecard metrics related to contractual service requirements and obligations of all Sodexo functions within the site. Metrics are collected for housekeeping, porter services and help desk calls.
- On site support touring department managers through the various discrepancy reports
- You will assist with or lead client presentations, client data reporting and various on site meetings
- Collaborate with the site and make recommendations regarding results to improve or create efficiencies.
- You will participate in the development and implementation of action plans related to operational efficiencies around performance metrics. Performs audits and reviews of data within operations to ensure the effectiveness of action plans. Acts as a client liaison related to data and information, you will prepare and present data analysis to the client as required.
- Supporting projects such as staffing deployment, building lifecycle schedules (seasonal floor care, seasonal maintenance)
- Perform reviews and updates operational manuals related to SOPs and processes, maintains documentation related to contingency plans related for services provided, performs audits of employees related to processes providing feedback regarding performance, reviews feedback from client and patients related to services summarizing information and incorporating into processes as applicable.
- Collaborate with management to make recommendations regarding results to improve or create efficiencies
- Participate in the development and implementation of action plans related to operational efficiencies around performance metrics
- Perform audits and reviews of data within operations to ensure the effectiveness of action plans
- Review feedback from client and patients related to services summarizing information and incorporating into processes as applicable
- Compile, perform analysis of and report on summary information related to scorecard metrics for all segment operations as requested
**Qualifications**:
- Post secondary degree in Business a strong asset
- 5+ years' experience working with project management
- Experience in a Healthcare environment is an asset
- Exceptional numeracy skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to make recommendations based on data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
