Reporting to the General Manager’s office, the « **Export Coordinator **» has the following main responsibilities:
**Main responsibilities**
1. Handling of Air and Ocean export files.
2. Booking of cargo and negotiation of ad hoc rates with carriers.
3. Shipment’s pickup arrangements and planning.
4. Conformity verification of all documentation at time of shipment preparation.
5. Building and maintaining of good relations with carriers.
6. Read, monitor and respond promptly to all incoming communications (clients and other business partners - domestic and overseas) in order to properly manage and control daily operational issues.
7. Verify bookings and get appropriate approvals before relaying information overseas.
8. Tracking and tracing of shipments till final destination.
9. Conformity review and approval of supplier’s invoices on a timely basis.
10. Conformity review and approval of overseas affiliate’s remittance on a timely basis.
11. Solving in a diligent and business efficient manner customer complaints and implement measures to prevent their frequency and recurrence.
12. Solving of internal and operation problems on a diligent and business efficient manner in order to prevent service deficiencies and/or customers’ dissatisfaction.
13.Improving on an ongoing basis internal systems and procedures in order to favor customer service and departmental efficiency.
14. Other tasks and duties assigned from time to time by GM.

- Good knowledge of Air and Ocean export processes and regulations
