Dental Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

Are you an organized, personable, and proactive professional looking to grow with a dynamic dental team? We are seeking a full-time Dental Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our practice and the backbone of our front office operations.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing the appointment schedule and daily workflow
- Verifying insurance and processing claims
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with billing
- Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare administration (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with dental software and scheduling systems
- A positive, team-first attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
