**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and recalls to streamline workflow.
- Respond to incoming calls and patient inquiries, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic dental records using ClearDent.
- Assist with billing procedures, including insurance verification and claims.
- Support the dental and ortho teams with documentation, follow-ups, and general administrative assistance.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role in a dental office setting.
- Proficiency with ClearDent software is an asset.
- Strong understanding of orthodontic and dental procedures, terminology, and office workflow.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with phone systems and standard office software.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a strong focus on patient care.
