Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide support administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in Dental administrative role is preferred two plus years
- Proficient in using DENTIRX, RECALLMAX is a must, (Word, Excel, )
- Familiarity with electronic medical records(EMR) systems
- Experience in a front desk or customer service role is beneficial
- Strong Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is an advantage
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and professionally.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Detail
- oriented with strong organizational skills

Schedule

Monday 7:30 -4:00 pm

Tuesday 7:30-4:00 pm

Wednesday 9:30-6:00pm

Thursday 9:30-6:00pm

Friday 7:30-3:30pm

Two Saturdays per month

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
