As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the business-to-business sector, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and effectively presenting our solutions to meet their organizational needs.

This is a 100% commission-based role that rewards high-performing individuals with substantial earning potential, including the possibility of monthly recurring income for consistently exceeding targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate new B2B leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, industry research, and strategic outreach.
- Qualify business leads and understand the specific challenges and objectives of potential client organizations.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to a business audience, highlighting the value proposition and ROI for their organization.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client companies.
- Negotiate and close B2B sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and account progress within our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and our company's B2B offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Compensation:

- This is a 100% commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential.
- Each successful closing of a B2B deal will yield a minimum commission of $500.
- High-performing B2B Sales Representatives will have the opportunity to earn monthly recurring income based on the nature and value of the business solutions sold. Further details on the recurring income structure will be provided during the interview process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, with a strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures and close deals with businesses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with business professionals at all levels.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving business outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills within a business context.
