Quantcast is seeking a Contract Recruiter to scale the Toronto sales team. Quantcast delivers better performing advertising by reaching audiences using one of the world’s largest first-party unique data sets and our AI engine, Ara. As the real-time pulse of the Internet, Quantcast uses machine learning to drive human learning. We’ve built one of the largest computing infrastructures, collecting a constant stream of data from over 100 billion events a day, across 100+ million directly measured destinations. Quantcast provides brand marketers and publishers with meaningful audience insights, predictive targeting, and measurement solutions across the customer journey.
This is a hybrid 6+ months role with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The expectation is 3 days a week in the Toronto office. The pay rate for this role is $70.00 CAD per hour.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a deep understanding of hiring manager positions/needs, and serve as a trusted advisor for their recruitment strategy, while maintaining a highly diverse and talented pipeline
**Requirements**:
- Experienced in full-cycle recruiting
- You thrive at building collaborative relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels
- A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process
- Proficient with modern recruiting tools - we use Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter
