**Job Description**:
Job Title: Contract Recruiter, Talent Attraction

Location: Toronto - 181 Bay Street

Duration: 6 months (Fixed Term Contractor) with extension opportunity

Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Partnering with key stakeholders - HRBP,s Compensation and HR Operations to effectively deliver value add partnership to the respective businesses across BAM Canada.Attributes of a Brookfield Leader:

Builds strong relationships across the Brookfield ecosystem.- Entrepreneurial: Passionate, proactive and embraces our matrix environment.- Disciplined: Makes the complicated simple and presents views clearly and concisely.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Workday.- Collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; Preferably: Human Resouces, Administration, Finance or a related field.- 5- 10 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment (ie. Financial Services, Asset Management, Big 4 Consulting or recruitment agency setting).- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in using ATS Workday, comfortable with data, reporting & analytics and other recruitment tools.
