- We are looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to support our un precedented growth. Element Fleet Management is largest pure-play fleet manager in the world providing unmatched products, services and solutions to our 5,500+ clients.

Your recruitment portfolio will include IT, Finance and niche/specialty roles ranging from early career to mid-management. This role is structured so that you will support roles based in Canada and the U.S. You'll need to leverage your critical thinking skills to adjust your recruitment strategy to reflect regional differences.
A Day in the Life- Ensuring best-in-class hiring manager experience by consulting with hiring managers to identify and understand responsibilities, job specifications, qualifications and required skills, knowledge and abilities for positions at all levels (entry level to senior leadership) and clearly defining roles and expectations in the recruitment life-cycle- Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing all the way through to day 1 employment (e.g., sourcing, interviewing, drafting offer letter, conducting background checks, etc.)-
- Growing the Element employment brand through social media, internal and external communication, outreach (job fairs, relationship building with colleges, public organizations, etc.) and related efforts
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree - in lieu of degree 5+ years of talent acquisition/Human Resources experience- Prior experience in recruiting for IT and Finance within a organization; preferably B2B- Experience recruiting cross-border highly preferred- Strong written and verbal communication skills-
- Experience with Workday highly preferred
