EveryMind Mental Health Services _**is currently recruiting for a strong clinically talented mental health professional with leadership experience in the Child & Youth Mental Health Sector, to supervise the **Peel Inclusion Resource Services (PIRS)** program and oversee the day to day program operations.

**_ EveryMind _**is an accredited child and youth mental health organization that provides a continuum of high-quality mental health services for children, youth and their families who are experiencing or are at risk of experiencing mental health issues.

**Peel Inclusion Resource Services (PIRS)** is a partnership between the Region of Peel and several community agencies, including EveryMind, to provide special needs resourcing to facilitate early intervention and successful inclusion of children with special needs in licensed childcare programs.

The objective of the PIRS model is to ensure that all licensed childcare programs in Peel have equitable access to the tools and resources needed to provide inclusive child care services. PIRS strives to ensure that all children with special needs and their families have an opportunity to participate in quality childcare. The model is consistent with principles and evidence-informed practices related to inclusion and early child development.

**Summary of Function**

As the Supervisor, Clinical Services of the PIRS Program you have the responsibility to hire, train, coach and provide supervision to staff teams comprised of Resource Consultants who work directly with the licensed childcare providers and families. You will participate in the continued development, implementation and evaluation of the program with the support of the Manager, Clinical Services. You will be required to coach and mentor staff, monitor performance, and oversee outcomes for clients participating in the program. You will be required to develop and monitor program budgets and service reports within the organizations fiscal budget cycle. In addition, you will attend Management Team meetings, work collaboratively with other supervisors on agency-wide initiatives and take part in committees related to your program areas of responsibility.

**Hiring Salary range - $79,363- $92,843 (5 step band) over 5 years**

Please note that hiring salaries are commensurate with experience and generally start at the beginning of the range.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will:

- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the implementation and maintenance of program specific service models and philosophies.
- Facilitate the multidisciplinary team process and provide clinical and administrative supervision to team members.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to assigned staff.
- Implement high quality consultative services designed to meet individual needs of clients and their families.
- Hire, train, evaluate, motivate, mentor, coach, train and develop staff to enable the provision of high-quality service to clients.
- Assign cases to front line staff within service standard timelines, evaluating client needs and maintain equitable workloads based on skills and abilities of Resource Consultants.
