**SUPERVISOR, CLINICAL SERVICES**
**Counselling and Therapy - Youth Services**
**Full Time Position 37.5 hours per week**

**_ EveryMind Mental Health Services (formerly Peel Children's Centre/Nexus Youth Services)_** is currently recruiting for an inspiring leader with exceptional clinical skills for the leadership position of Supervisor, Clinical Services - Youth Counselling. Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Services, the incumbent will supervise all aspects of the Counselling and Therapy Program, specifically providing clinical leadership and supervision to an innovative and high performing staff team of clinicians who provide high quality, evidence-based/informed counselling and therapy services to youth and young adults ages 12 to 25 residing in the Region of Peel.

**Hiring Salary Range
- $81,743 - $95,628 (5 step band over 5 years)**

Please note that hiring salaries are commensurate with experience and generally start at the beginning of the range.

**Job Summary**:
Under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Services, the incumbent will be responsible for the day to day operations and continued development, implementation and evaluation of the Youth Counselling and Therapy Program. The incumbent is responsible for recruitment and supervision of of clinicians providing counselling (virtually and in person) to youth ages 12 to 25 ensuring quality service to clients in keeping with organization’s standards and values. In addition, the incumbent will actively build and nurture partnerships within Peel region to support an effective youth services delivery system and work collaboratively with other EveryMind supervisors as part of the larger Management Team, on agency-wide initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clinical Leadership_
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the development, implementation and maintenance of program specific clinical service models and philosophies.
- Provide clinical supervision to staff in keeping with requirements of the organization and various professional Colleges.
- Discuss the direction of clinical work with clinicians, ensuring individualized clinical assessments and treatment plans are prepared for each client. Oversee the review and regular revision of treatment plans, ensuring adherence by all staff.
- Implement high quality treatment services designed to meet individual needs of clients and their families.
- Provide support & supervision to clinicians offering single session brief service with Tangerine Walk-In Counselling and One Stop Talk/Parlons maintenant
- Identify opportunities to enhance youth services in Peel region and actively work with community partnerships and networks to optimize service delivery, engaging the perspectives and voices of youth throughout the process
- Fiscal and Operational_
- Oversee day-to-day operations of program(s) ensuring adequate staffing coverage and scheduling. Responsible for program budget and approval of program expenses.
