**Job Summary**

International Admissions Advisors are responsible for recruiting and enrolling the prospective international students who are looking to study in Canada, for various Vocational programs and Non-Vocational courses and converting leads received by CIMT College. The Admissions Advisor is responsible for guiding students on career goals and for providing exceptional customer service by defining, delivering and evaluating highly effective recruitment and sales strategy to meet or exceed ambiguous targets to increase student numbers significantly.

Duties and Responsibilities reflective but not all inclusive- Conduct regular follow up with leads and provide them necessary information to help convert lead into registration-
- Adhere to the complete administrative processes involved with a lead to registration process.-
- Maintain a record of the student documents and files in the relevant location for audit purposes.-
- Ensure correctness of information before issuance of Letter of acceptance.-
- Assist registrations with initial settlement and paperwork before starting classes-
- Coordinate with Campuses to ensure schedules are provided to the international student-
- Develop agent relationship in target areas and complete agent recruitment-
- Build client base through direct lead follow ups, agent leads, local promotion of admissions-
- Maintain a client database using the college CRM system, google spreadsheets etc. as trained by the Director of International Admissions.-
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports in terms of no of leads, no of registrations, no. of agents recruited in target areas.-
- Liaison with local international students from target areas to enrol them for short courses/programs at CIMT College.-
- Ensure international student satisfaction by providing settlement services and helping determine pathways after completion of the program.- Any additional task assigned by Manager of International Admissions

Education & Experience- High School Diploma or GE-
- 3+ years’ work experience in a Ontario Career College (OCC); or 3+ years of administrative experience in international areas; experience in agent management or relationship building-
- Have a proven track record in administration, multitasking and organization, and relationship building-
- Excellent written and oral communication skills-
- Post secondary education administration would be considered an asset-
- Involvement working independently and in an administrative team-
- Flexible - ability to adapt to changesComputer Skills- Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, and Access-
- CRM database knowledgeWorking Conditions- International Admissions Advisors are provided with the necessary office equipment required to complete daily tasks-
- Flexible and available according to the International Department schedule.Compliance and Regulatory
- Flexible and available according to the campus schedule
- Adhere to all CIMT College Policies and Procedures Comply with all regulatory standards as set out by the Ministry of Training for Colleges and Universities, and the PCC Act, 2005
